My Portal stores account details and the content you add, including modules such as reading, notes, food diary, tasks, budgets, fitness, journal entries, recipes, and settings.

Uploaded reading files are stored privately in cloud object storage. Account and app data is stored in the production database.

AI features send the text needed to complete your request to configured AI providers, such as Ollama or Gemini, only when you use those features.

The mobile app loads the live My Portal website in a secure WebView. Microphone permission may be requested for voice input features.

Contact and deletion-request details should be finalized before public launch and added here before store submission.
